Frequently asked

Before you commission

How do I know my ring size?

Measure your finger with a piece of string and compare it against the size guide — the link is on every ring page. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.

What is the difference between one-of-a-kind and made to order?

A one-of-a-kind piece already exists and is the last one — it ships as made, in its original size. A made-to-order piece is built for you, in your size, with about 20 days at the bench.

Which materials do you use?

950 silver and 18k gold, with natural gemstones or zirconia depending on the piece. The material is listed on each item.

Can I commission a piece that is not on the site?

Yes — that is the bespoke service. You bring the idea, the stone or the story, approve the sketch before any metal is cut, and follow each stage.

How is the piece shipped?

Always insured and in our own packaging, with no external mention of the contents. Delivery time appears at checkout once you enter your postal code.

Who makes the pieces?

Every piece passes through the bench of Thiago Mateus, a goldsmith since 2003 and a jewelry teacher in Porto Alegre since 2010. Nothing is outsourced.
